It is a client-driven process distinct from other service professions, such as mentoring, counseling, training, and consulting.
A 360-degree survey is a process that solicits feedback on employee performance from several different sources: managers, peers, direct reports, and a self-assessment. Pairing Executive Leadership coaching with a 360-degree survey will entail working one-on-one with the individual leader to interpret the survey data and develop a plan to address and improve their leadership skills. This includes five one-on-one sessions with each manager to coach and create a self-development strategy.
