Heather Lermont-Pape has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, training, and executive coaching. She started her professional career with GTE and has also working within the financial, healthcare, internet services industries, and the U.S. Federal Government. She coaches clients from mid-level managers to Board Executives to increase their effectiveness and maximize their potential by developing strong leadership behaviors and practices. In 2015 she was selected to provide executive coaching to Federal Government Senior Executives participating in President Obama’s Leadership Development Initiative. Heather has extensive experience in creating and leading in-person workshops for corporate and federal clients on leadership development for newly appointed leaders, as well as those with many years of leadership experience. Heather and her husband currently reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Educational Achievements
Heather earned a BA from Central Michigan University and an MA from Western Michigan University with a focus on business administration and adult learning. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation with specialized training in Executive and Retirement Coaching.
